The 2017 Marmion Junior Classic will be held on Sunday, 19th March at The Squash Factory (18 Garino Rise, Wangara). This will be an ability based event.
Western Australia will again have a strong presence at the 2017 Trans-Tasman Junior Championships with the following players having been selected in the Australian Team that will compete at the event to be held in Auckland, New Zealand on the 18th and 19th April.

The 2017 WA Squash Junior Camp was held at Squashworld Brentwood on 19 – 20 January.
33 Junior Squash players from around the State came together for our Junior Talent Camp, whilst another 28 were at the State Squad camps run by Mike Cornish and Roger Flynn at Terrace Squash.
The first WA junior event of the year, the 2017 Karakal Kup was held last weekend (Jan 21-22) at Squashworld Brentwood.
Western Australian players have produced some outstanding performances at the Australian Junior Open Championships conducted in Darwin from the 11 – 15 of January to come away with the State’s best ever result at an Australian Junior Championship event. Our players obtained three Championship wins, three Runner-Up awards and four third placings.

You are invited to attend our first training sessions for the 2017 competition year which will be held in the form of a 2 day ‘camp’ at Squashworld Brentwood (Disney St, Brentwood) on Thursday, 19th – Friday 20th of January, with a tournament following on the 21st – 22nd January, also at Squashworld Brentwood.
Participants will participate in a range of on and off court training to start the 2017 squash season. Qualified Development Coaches will carry out a number of evaluations and assessments on all participants.
Participants from outside the metropolitan area will need to provide their own accommodation and all players will be required to supply their own meals/drinks however, lunch will be provided for the camp.
Activities will commence at 9.00am each day and will conclude at 4.00pm each day allowing plenty of time to undertake other social and tourist activities. Please arrive at 8:45am each day.
PLEASE NOTE: Full payment is required with registration – an application will not be accepted without payment. These forms must be submitted no later than 6th January 2017.
